We're on a mission to bring yoga and holistic wellness to the community heart of Steamboat, Colorado
Love, Yoga is more than just a yoga studio. It’s a sanctuary for the mind, body and soul. Nestled in the historic walls of what was once a sawdust incinerator, it became the birthplace of Moots Cycles and later housed the beloved Orange Peel bike shop for several years. This is now a yoga studio, and what may be the last business to occupy the space.
Classes range from infrared heated vinyasa to yin, restorative to shakti fire, kundalini and sculpt, all infused with the essence of Bhakti yoga. Our methodology is rooted in Bhakti—Bhakti yoga doesn’t involve extensive physical yogic practices and can be followed by anyone. Rather than being ‘in love’, Bhakti is ‘to be love’. It’s the unity of being in love with love itself. There are no rigid rules to Bhakti, the power of love and devotion happens spontaneously. All our classes have an essence of love.
We're a a yoga studio focusing on Bhakti. The vedas outline the 4 paths of yoga that we can follow on our spiritual journey. Yoga means the union of body, mind, soul, and spirit. The coming together of all opposites. The ultimate spiritual goal of life. So we could say - that these are the 4 paths to enlightenment.
In life, we can act, think, feel, or do nothing. To act - Karma Yoga. To think - Jhana Yoga. To feel - Bhakti Yoga. To do completely nothing - Samadhi Yoga.
The goal of yoga - total enlightenment and peace. The final step of raja yoga.
These all compliment each other. These paths are like 4 different strands, woven together to create the same rope. Ultimately, they all bring us to remember who we truly are. Blissful, pure, one with the divine. All roads lead to Rome, all paths of yoga lead to unity.

We practice yoga in a beautiful, historic building that’s full of character. While it’s a unique space, it can be challenging to maintain a consistent temperature. To keep our studio comfortable, we have infrared panels running continuously to maintain a steady temperature of around 80°F. Before class, we also supplement with an electric heater to bring the temperature up to about 90°F (dry heat).
