Yin into Sound Bath
Join Kelly Conway and Mary Bailes for a soothing 45-minute Yin Yoga session, designed to prepare and relax your body for deep stillness. Through gentle, long-held poses, Mary will guide you into a place of calm and openness, setting the stage for a transformative sound healing experience.
Mary will offer a guided meditation as the sound healing journey begins and Kelly Conway will guide you through a 45 minute crystal singing bowl sound bath.
This peaceful session will leave you feeling deeply restored and centered, with an open heart and calm mind.

Mother's Day Celebration

Join us in honoring the amazing moms in our community with a morning of yoga and brunch!
Our weekly Devoted Love Flow will take place from 9:00–10:15 AM and is included for members as usual.
Option to join us after our practice to enjoy a delicious brunch featuring fresh pressed juice from Little Bee Juice and a bagel bar from the Colorado Bagel Shop. Feel free to invite family to both or just brunch!
All mothers attending brunch will receive a heartfelt gift to show our appreciation.

Restorative Yoga with Massage
Wednesday, May 14th at 5-7 PM
Join Kim Horton and Molly Edwards for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Kim will guide you into gentle, supported restorative postures, using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to ensure maximum comfort. As you settle into each pose, this practice will help you deepen your relaxation, tune into your breath, quiet your mind, and release layers of tension, resistance, and holding within the body. Throughout the session, Molly will offer soothing massage and gentle assists, allowing you to sink even deeper into your practice. This class is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, balanced, and completely rejuvenated.
